W. Nash at the Carlton, Mr Malcolm MacDonald (Dominions Secretary) presiding. Those present included Mr W. J. Jordan (High Commissioner for New Zealand), Mr W. S. Morrison (Minister of Agriculture), Lords Snell, Balfour of Burleigh, and Hirt, Mr Walter Runciman (President of the Board of Trade). ; Mr Naeh later conferred .with the National Farmers’ Union on the problems of British farmers in relation to exports of New Zealand primary products.
