Reliable, though unofficial, information regarding the sustenance schedule to apply to orchardists is as follows: Single man 10s; married man 15s; married man and one child 19s; married man and two children 235; married man and three children 275; married man and four children 295; married man and five children 31s; married man and six children 335; married man and seven or more children 355. There is a stipulation that if he receives sustenance pay, the orchardist must stay on his orchard.
