LAND SLIDE IN ALASKA
SEVERAL BUILDINGS DEMOLISHED NUMBER OF DEAD AND MISSING (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) JUNEAU (Alaska), 23rd November. Four are dead, and seven injured and twenty-five missing as the result of a land slide of mud and rock, which rumbled down from a rainswept mountain upon a residential area.. Two flats, a lodging house, also several homes and stores were demolished.
