EIG GIFT TO RELIGIOUS ORGANISATIONS tUnited Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 7th October. A sum of £200,000 has been bequeathed between the Salvation Army and the Church Army by Mrs Annie Smith, of Kensington, aged 90, a widow. She was a millionairess brewer'and distiller.
Both organisations were taken by surprise, as neither is able to trace any association by her with their work.
