LIGHTNING strike over new SCHEDULES TUBES AND TRAINS CONGESTED (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Bth October, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, 7th October. A lightning strike of over 1600 London busmen over the new winter-time schedules rendered 6?1 buses on 24 routes idle and caused, great congestion in tubes and trains.
