CINEMAS BEING SUED
THE KING’S PROCESSION INCIDENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Bth October, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, 7th October. Writs for libel are being issued on behalf of McMahon against 263 cinemas respecting pictures taken of the incident at Constitution Hill on 10th July, during the King’s procession, when it was alleged that McMahon threw a revolver at His Majesty.
