EGYPT TO PARTICIPATE V ! PAYMENT to imperial AIRWAYS (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Bth October, 10.40 a.m.) ALEXANDRIA, 7th October. Egypt decided to participate in the Empire air mail service. The Government will pay Britain, through Imperial Airways, £22,500. Egyptian mails addressed to other countries will be carried at about the same charge as at present for ordinary mail.
