SIXTH BRITISH TURF RECORD
ESTABLISHED BY VICTORY HIGHLANDER (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 7th October, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, Gth October. A British turf record has been established by Victory Highlander in an unimportant race at Nottingham, carrying a stake of £132. It raised the total winnings of the progeny of Scapaflow to £83,390, which previously was a few pounds under the winnings of the progeny of Galicia.
