WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimca County Council held at its office, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on FRIDAY, the 14th day of August, 1936, the following resolution was passed:— That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 2?. of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, as amended by Section 23 of The Finance Act (No. 3), 1934, the Waimea County Council hereby resolves and decides by way of Special Order that the Interest and Principal owing on the following Loans, namely:— Sherry Bridge Loan of £325 Peninsula Bridge Loan of £1125 shall be paid out of the General Account of the County Fund. And Notice is also hereby given that the foregoing resolution will be submitted at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Waimea County Office, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on Friday, the 9th day of October, 1936, for confirmation as a Special Order.
