INTERNATIONAL COLONIAL INSTITUTE

LONDON MEETING (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 3rd October. The Duke of Kent will open on Monday in the House of Lords the first session of the 23rd reunion of the International Colonial Institute which is meeting all next week in London. Delegates from Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Portugal will be presided over by Lord Lugafd. On Thursday the Government will give a dinner in honour of the delegates, at which the Colonial Secretary, Mr W. Ormsby-Gore, will be in the chair.
