PRICE ON MAJOR-GENERAL DILL’S HEAD OFFER BY ARAB LEADER (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copy right) JERUSALEM, 3rd October. El Kaukaji, self-styled commander-in-chief of the Arab rebels, has put a price on the head of Major-General J. G. Dill, commander of the British forces in Palestine, and offered a reward of £SOO to anyone bringing him in “dead or alive.” This is the reply to the Palestine Government’s offer of a reward op £SOO for the discovery of the assailant in every case of murder since the disturbances began.
