MISSING AVIATORS LOCATED

LOST AND FORCED DOWN ASSISTANCE BEING SENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) PERTH, 3rd October. The missing Dutch aviators were located from the air 120 miles southeast of Kalgoorlie. They informed the airmen who landed beside them that they became lost and were forced down through lack of petrol. Assistance is being sent to enable them to take off.

A message from Perth on 2nd October stated that an extensive aerial search of the country near Kalgoorlie failed to reveal any signs of W. Rous and H. Van Beekman, two Dutch airmen who had been missing since Wednesday morning. The Dutchmen were making a holiday flight around Australia.
