CONSERVATIVE PARTY CONFERENCE

A RESOLUTION DEFEATED (British Official Wireless) (Received 3rd October, 11.55 am.) RUGBY, 2nd October. A resolution was moved at the Conservative Party Conference at Margate urging the central office to do all within its power to bring into one association, at the earliest possible moment, all elements which support the principles of a National Government, as at present constituted. The resolution was defeated by an overwhelming majority.
