“REDUCTION IN INTEREST RATES NOT JUSTIFIED” (United Presß Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 3rd October, 2 p.m.) EDMONTON (Alberta), 2nd October. A statistical brief submitted to Mr W. Aberhart, Premier, by bondholders states that Albert is financially solvent and able to meet interest obligations. It also contends that the Government is not justified in its 3,600,000 dollars slash in interest rates.
