JAPANESE ANTICIPATE AGREEMENT (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 3rd October, 1.0 p.m.) T'OKIO, 2nd October. Officials of Osaka Shosen Kaisha stated that they decided to re-stablish the service to Australia because they anticipated that Australia and Japan would reach an agreement at an early date and this would be followed by a resumption of trade relations.
