CONDUCT OF DEBATE
(To The Editor)
Sir,—After long delay, calculated, no doubt, to aid his customary clouding of the issue, the great “Ikona Mali” comes forth to deal with my letter of a fortnight ago, in his own inimitable style, the key-note of which is smug self-satisfaction, but all his loudly denied, though still very obvious. side trackings, his inaccurate quotations and a continuance of the incoherent mcanderings that have bored us for so long are worthy of nothing more than a reiteration of my assertion that one, who descends to the level of referring to his opponent as wreckage that is not worth salvaging but should he sunk, cannot be counted a clean and gentlemanly debater. —I am, etc., FAIRFIGHT.
