- McCREADY DEFEATS KRUSE WIN NOT POPULAR (By Telogrraph—Press Association) ASHBURTON, This Day. In a strenuous eight-round wrestling bout, McCrcadv gained the decision. Kruse gained a fall in the fourth round, pinning McCready after tossing him round the ring. Kruse submitted to a Boston crab early in the last round and the referee gave the bout to McCready, whose win was not popular.
