Two charges of negligently driving a motor-car at New Lynn on 23rd June so as to cause the deaths of Mrs Maria Evelyn Richardson and her daughter, Miss Alice Evelyn Richardson, were preferred against George Wishart Sinton before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today. The accident occurred at dusk, the two women being knocked down by accused’s car.
