BIG SETTLEMENT SCHEME
JAPANESE IN MANCHUKUO FIVE MILLION IN 20 YEARS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 22nd June, 9.30 a.m.) TOKIO, 21st June. The Oversea Ministry will submit to Cabinet on 3rd July a plan for settling five million Japanese in Manchukuo in the next twenty years, also floating a development company with a capital of £3,000,000.
