REORGANISATION OF BOARD (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 19th June. Thp “Chronicle’s” City Editor says that the reorganisation of Cables and Wireless involved the resignation of one managing director, Sir Norman Leslie. Unlike Mr J. C. DennisonPender, who retains the governorship of the holding company, Sir Norman Leslie resigns the directorship of that company too.
