GOERING’S RIVAL APPOINTED GENERAL (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 18th June, 12.25 p.m.) BERLIN, 17th June. Herr Hitler has appointed General Goering’s rival, Herr Heinrich Himmler, General of the German police, with General Daluege as deputy. General Goering, who is Minister of Air, retains the generalship of the Prussian police.
