CHIEF SECRETARY FOR NEW ZEALAND (By Telegraph —Prc3a Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. General Evangeline Booth has appointed Lieut.-Col. George W. P. Grattan Chief Secretary of the Salvation Army in New Zealand in succession to Col. Orsborn. who is taking up the position of Territorial Commander for Scotland and Ireland. Besides serving as a divisional commander in England, Lieut.-Col. Grattan has served as assistant-field secretary and as private secretary to Mrs Bramwell Booth and Commander Hurren.
