! - —■ i A TIN EXPLODES (By Telegraph—Press Association) BLENHEIM, 16th June. Serious burns to the head, shoulders and chest, and involving the eyes, were sustained by Donald Gill, aged 12, a son of Richard Gill, contractor, when a tin thought to contain an explosive, went oil in his hand. His parents had just occupied a dwelling and the lad found the tin in a shed and struck it, with disastrous results. He was taken to Hospital.
