SHIPMENT FROM SOUTH AFRICA (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 17th June. 12.45 p.m.) PORT ELIZABETH, 16th June. Japanese wool buyers are unusually interested in short wools. A steamer is loading 3700 bales, compared with 12 bales exported to Japan last June.
