(By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 22nd May. Charges of flying in a dangerous manner at a dangerous altitude against Taylor and De Tourettes in respect to an accident which occurred at Johnsonville on 22nd September, 1932, canto tip before Mr Stilwell, S.M., to-day. The police intimated that they intended to oiler no evidence and the magistrate dismissed the case. De Tourettes was only superficially injured in the crash, hut Taylor, who was trapped in tilt machine and badly burnt, only recently returned to New Zealand after undergoing lengthy treatment by surgeons itt England.
