IN SPANISH CORTES TARTY MEMBERS WALK OUT (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Ist April, 31st March. MADRID, 31st March. A dramatic scene occurred in the Cortes when Senor Gil Robles, and the Catholic Party, walked out followed by Monarchists. Senor Manuel Fernandez, ex-Ministcr of Agriculture read a statement, complaining of the Left parties arbitarily controlling Parliamentary business.

Right supporters then withdrew amid uproar and shouts of “Long Live the Republic.” The Catholic party is the largest m the Cortes with 92 deputies out of the Right Whig total of 143. Left supporters hold 250 seats.
