END OF SYDNEY MURDER TRIAL (United Press Association) Tn the Criminal Court to-day James Mossey and Aubrey Potter were convicted'of the murder of Norman Stead, who was found shot dead in his father’s garage at Darlinghurst, and sentenced to death. Massey, who did the shooting, declared that lie intended onlv to scare Stead, but in the struggle with him the revolver accidentally went off. Potter said he was unaware that Lire revolver was loaded.
