FIRE IN HOKITIKA
WORKSHOP DESTROYED (By Telegraph—Press Association) HOKITIKA, This Day. A fire at eleven o’clock last night destroyed the workshop of Mr Edward H. Shirley, contractor, at the rear of ■Revell street, also the contents. The insurances were; Dennis truck, £3OO in South British; Oakland car, £2OO, in the Atlas Insurance; workshop, £125 in the London Assurance. There was no insurance on the stock of oils, paint and tools.
