NAVAL TREATY

(Received 25tli March, 2 p.m.) . OTTAWA, 24th March. Iliq Prune Minister told the House of Commons that the naval treaty would be signed in London on Wednesday and will not bind Canada to any participation in the United Kingdom naval programme. On account of Canada’s small navy there was really no direct obligations that will bind all nations to limit tonnage and acquaint each other of their building programmes.
