VERDICT OF GUILTY
CHARGE AGAINST DR RUXTON DEATH SENTENCE PASSED APPEAL TO BE MADE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 14th March, 10.30 a.vn.) LONDON, 13th March. Dr. Ruck Ruxton was found guilty of murdering his wife and was sentenced to death. The jury was absent sixtytwo minutes.
Ruxton, when the verdict was announced, abnost inaudibly spone of tlie fairness of the trial and announced Ins intention of appealing, lie raised Ins arm from the elbow in the form of a salute, repeating the gesture as four warders escorted him from the dock.
