REPORT FROM ADVANCE PARTY (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, lllh Alarch. The Darjeeling correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph" says. Messrs Smythe, Kempson, Warren and Wigrairi have arrived at Kalimpong en route.- for Alouht Everest. The advance party consisting of these and perhaps Messrs Wvn and Harris will leave to-morrow for Gangtok, followed by the remainder on Sunday.' All arrangements have been made for tlie whole .expedition, with transport, to proceed over, Kongra La, and Sebu La to the Tibet passes, which are reported to be in good condition.
