®Mix I dessertspoonful Lea & Perrins’ sauce, 1 dessertspoonful ojive oil, I onionchopped fine, I teaspoonful mixed herbs, pepper and salt and chopped parsley, in a soup plate. Wash and cut up I rabbit, and souse in the mixture for an hour, turning often. Fry 2or 3 bacon rashers, removefrompan,add I oz. butter to fat and I chopped onion. Fry rabbit in this. Remove rabbit, add I oz. flour to fat and brown. Return rabbit, add I pint stock and bacon and simmer for about one hour with LIA & PERSIiS SAUCE *
