MOFFATT RAVINE MYSTERY
TRIAL OF DR. BUCK RUXTON SUMMING UP TO-MORROW (United Press. Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 13th March. 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, 12th March. At the continuation of the trial; of Dr. Buck Ruxton at the Manchester ;Assizes, on a charge of murdering his wife and Mary Rogerson, a maid, Ruxton s counsel made a speech stressing that though the prosecution maintained that Ruxton had murdered his wife on the nio-ht of the 16tli September, drained the blood from thft. body, motored' to Moffat, and deposited the remains in a ravine, there was no evidence of the iournev. No one saw the car out that night,'which was wet. Yet the car was clean and there were no bloodstains. The Judge will sum up to-morrow.
