'To-day’s results included: — Men’s special singles, semi-finals': Gunn lost to R'. Henry, 5-7 6-9, 3-6. Boys’ singles, under 21: Brown lost to H. Lindo, 1-6, 6-2, 1-6. Boys’ singles, under 15: Painter beat Silvester, 6-2- Painter beat H. Impey, 6-2. Boys’ singles, under 19; Pattinson beat H. Baines, 6-1, 4-6, 6-2. Boys’ doubles, under 15, final: Painter and D. Pails beat D. McAuley and E. Halliday, 6-0. Mixed doubles, under 15: Painter and Miss E. Irwin beat B. Cork and Miss J. Miller, G-2. Mixed doubles, under 21: G. Martin and Miss N. Vickery v. Bedford and Miss J. Pryor, 7-5 (unfinished); Corich and Miss B. Marsh lost to A. Felan and Miss P. Colbert, 6-8, 3-3 (forfeit). , Mixed. special doubles: Mayson and Miss B. Peach lost to S. Breakspear and Miss D. Haugliey, 2-6, 6-8; Corich and-Miss J. Bubb lost to J. Gilchrist, and Mrs Betts, 2-6, 10-8, Bedford and Miss Pryor beat E.
