NELSON POULTRY ASSOCIATION

COMING ANNUAL SHOW A general meeting of the Nelson Poultry Association was held at the Club room. Waimea street, this week. The annual show wil be held this year on 17th and 18th July. The following championships have been allotted by the Scuth Island Poultry Association- for competition at the local schow. , ! New Zealand Championship, Best : Utility Wyandotte. South Island Championships, Barred Plymouth Rock (open), Golden Wyandotte (open), Utility Indian Runner, |Utility. Laced Wynndctte (other than i silver), Frill Pigeon, Blue or Cobali Budgerigar. . It- was decided to hold a senes of Table Shows commencing next Tuesdav evening, when Australorp cockerals and pullets will be benched. These shows should be very interesting and educational and it is hoped that they will oe attended by non-members of well as ! members.
