CAR CRASHES INTO RIVER
OCCUPANTS BADLY CUT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) TAURANGA This. Day. A car containing three men and three women, driven by M. Bidois, was approaching the Waitoa bridge when the steering gear failed. The car struck a railing and crashed into the river. Fortunately the tide was low and all managed to escape. All the occupants were badly cut, Bidois had three ribs broken.
