BAVARIAN DESIRE TO IMPRESS foreigners
(United Press Association-By Electrio Telegraph—Copy right) LONDON, 29th January. The Munich correspondent of “The Times” says that in order favourably to impress foreigners who will visit Bavaria for the Olympic Games, the authorities are surprcssing all visible signs of auti-Jewish propaganda, including printed notices, “Jews Not Wanted Here,” which every Upper Bavarian village lias displayed. These are now being removed, also similar notices in Munich restaurants. Nevertheless, the disappearance . of the anti- Jewish placards in no wise implies an improvement in the Jews’ lot. On the contrary, the process of forcing Jews out of business is going on without interruption.
