ADMIRED BY AMERICAN (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, 13th January. Dr. Frederick Beritlev, eve specialist, Seattle, who arrived at Sydney after a visit to New Zealand, said that New Zealanders kept their homes painted and gardens cared for much better than in the United States. The appearance of the homes was generally much neater.
