Acknowledging high tributes upjin his re-election as President of tlie Enipne Press Union at the annual meeting Lord Astor alluded to the South Africa conference completing the Empire cycle with inestimable advantage to Empire affairs. He announced that the first annual conference would be held in London the week beginning Bth June. 1
