SENSATIONAL ACCIDENT
A MIRACULOUS ESCAPE ' (By Telegraph—Press Association) THAMES, 4th January. A sensational accident occurred in the Kauaeranga Valley at 11.30 last night, when a sedan motor-car, driven by the owner, Mr S. Dick, manager of the Waitakaruru Cheese Factory, and containing his sister, Mrs Mitchell, her husband, and their two children, and Miss Lorna Dick,-somersaulted, righted itself, burst into flames, and was consumed before the party, who had a miraculous though hurried escape. They suffered a shaking.
