DEGREES CONFERRED ON FOUR STUDENTS The degree of Bachelor of Agricultural Science was conferred on four students of Canterbury Agricultural College on Tuesday morning by the Chancellor of the • University of New Zealand, the Hon. J. A. Hanan, at a ceremony at the college. Those on whom the degree was conferred were: — Charles Edward Ballinger lan Douglas Blair (ip absentia). Alfred Arnold Blakely (in absentia). ■ Ivor Lewis Elliott . (Nelson) (in absentia).
