VISIT TO GOLDEN. BAY DISTRICT Sir Francis Frazer, deputy-chairman of the Executive Commission of Agriculture, and Messrs D. Jones and G. A. u * lc r s n ) memk ;rs, visited Collingwood ni , 3 ;kaka yesterday, and went on to Blenheim to-day.. They were accompanied by Messrs W. E. Hale, C. P. Marc ha nt and J. Dunlop, members of the Dairy Board. The party constitutes a delegation which is visiting the south Island in connection with overlapping of cream 'collection services and redundant dairy factories. From Blenheim they will proceed to Akaroa Peninsula and Christchurch, where they will meet representatives of the Canterbury dairy factories. The members of the Commission of Agriculture expect to return to Wellington in about 10 days’ time, ■ J
