Relief officials estimate that the. hurricane in Florida Keys left a death-roll-of from two hundred to five hundred, and may even reach 1000. The exatit figure will probably remain, unknown until communications have been re-estab-lished with many marooned paints. ~. The dwindling hurricane,is proceeding northward through Georgia, still carrying with it some damage to .crops and structures. ■ • ■ Rescue crews are labouring to get food and medical aid to the injured and refugees..
