CANTERBURY FARMERS’ ASSOCIATION (By Telegraph—Press Association) TIMARU, 2nd September. The annual report of tho Canterbury Farmers’ Co-operative Association shows a net profit for the year of £14,532 after making frill reservations in depreciation. The directors have decided to declare a dividend at the rate of 5 per cent, on all classes of preference shares, and to recommcaul to the annual meeting a dividend on ordinary shares of 5 per cent, and to place £SOOO to tho general reserve, £SOO to the reserve for superannuation, and to carry forward £1557.
