Critics claim that they have done more than any other touring side to popularise the Union game and the visit has been a. financial success. The team spoilt the last day in Queensland visiting farms where tropical fruits are grown abundantly. The Maoris ate pineapples, custard apples and pawpaws to their heart’s content.
