THE W A IRA RAP A SEAT (By Telegraph—Press Association) MASTER.TON, 27th June. A well-attended meeting of the United Party supporters held at Carterton to-night- to discuss the selection of a National Federation candidate to contest the Wairarapa seat at the General Election, decided to leave the matter to the good judgment of the delegates to bo appointed from each side to select the candidate most likely to have the confidence of the electorate. In accordance with this decision, six delegates were appointed to meet a similar number from the Reform Party with a view to selecting a suitable candidate.
