The first announcement concerning conscription consists of a. regulation for medical examinations defining requirements for various arms. Infantry must bo able to stand long marches, the cavalry wants long-legged men not being over 1431b5, artillerymen must be slender and strong, motor corps recruits must be alert, good sighted and intelligent, which is also the requirements ol signallers.
