NEW GOVERNOR

ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY (United Fress Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 21st February, 12.10 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The new Governor of New South Wales, Sir Alexander Hore-Ruthven, arrived at Sydney this morning aboard the Nestor. Seven Royal Air Force planes and a formation of planes from the New South Wales Aero Clubs dived over the vessel at the heads in a Royal salute. After the official welcome at Farm Cove and a procession through the city streets Sir Alexander Hore-Ruthven was sworn in.
