.MATTERS CONCERNING AGREEMENT WITH CITY Before the discussion on the City Council’s proposed terms for an agreement to contract for bulk electricity concluded at. yesterday’s meeting of the Power Board, the board agreed to the additional clause added by the Council requesting that in the event of a reduction in price by the principal supply autnority, sucti reduction be passed on to the Council. It was decided on the .motion of Messrs G. W. McDonald and F. W. Greenslade that the board’s consulting engineer confer with the City electrical engineer and the Hume Pipe Company with reference to the proposed agreement and report at an early date to the Bulk Supply Committee. The Bulk Supply Committee was empowered to carry but any further negotiations, with power to act. The Consulting Engineers were requested to commence negotiations with the City Council regarding a revised tariff for the supply of power to the board bv the Council.
