DECREE IN ARGENTINA BASIC PRICE ESTABLISHED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30lli November, 9.35 a.m.) BUENOS AIRES, 29th November. Tlie Ministry of Agriculture to-day issued a decree re-establishing for the new crop year the basic prices for grain originally established on 29th December, 3933, when the Government initiated its grain-buying programme, the price of wheat being set at 5.175 pesos per hundredweight, equivalent to 168 cents per 220 pounds. The decree authorised the Grain Control Board to purchase on the Government’s account when necessary to maintain prices.
